Four Decades of Sweetness

This week, we have the honor of celebrating a major milestone at DALRT Dunkin: 40 years of service from one of the most beloved members of our team, Renee DiGia.

For four decades, Renee has poured her heart…and a million coffees…into our organization. She has worked alongside every generation of our family, watching us grow, evolve, and build the culture that makes our restaurants feel so special. In many ways, she is truly part of our family, not just through years, but through the kindness, commitment, and joy she brings to work every day.

Our current crew affectionately calls her “Grandma,” and it couldn’t be more fitting. She embodies warmth and wisdom. She looks out for everyone. She lends a hand before anyone can even ask. She has a way of making each person feel valued, supported, and appreciated. Her sweetness and positivity fill the store, and her presence makes each day brighter.

Organizations become great not by accident, but because of people like her; people who show up, who care, who set the tone, and who help shape what we stand for. Forty years is an incredible accomplishment, but what’s even more extraordinary is the impact she has had on all of us, year after year.

After decades of dedication, Renee is planning to “retire” at the end of the year to part-time, but we know her heart and her love (and those countless coffees) will continue to be a huge part of our team.

Thank you for your dedication. Thank you for your loyalty. Thank you for the love you’ve poured into this team and this family for 40 unforgettable years. We are better because of you, and we are so grateful to celebrate this milestone together.
