The person you refer to us must be a new applicant. They must not have already started an application with DALRT, Inc.
If you refer someone who has already started an application or is discussing employment interest, you will not receive a bonus for that referral.
The person you refer must successfully complete three (3) months of active employment with DALRT, Inc.
You must remain actively employed with DALRT, Inc. to receive this bonus.

Bonuses for this program are paid as followed: You’ll receive $50 once the person you referred for employment has successfully completed 30 days of employment. Then, an additional $50 once the person you referred for employment has successfully completed three (3) months of active employment and all other eligibility requirements have been met.

Referral bonus payments will be added to your regular paycheck once all eligibility requirements have been met.
